Baked Cheese Dip

1 cup mayonaise (not low-cal)
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, cut fine or grated
Mix all ingredients. Put in shallow oven dish or 9" pie plate.
(May sprinkle with paprika or parsley.)
Bake at 400o until brown, 15-20 minutes. (Do not overbake.)
Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables. (Serves 4, so probably double it.)
