Seafood Mousse
from Pat Richter’s Party Book
1 envelope plain gelatin
1 can tomato soup
1 8 oz. pkg cream chees
2 Tb lemon or lime juice
2-4 Tbs onion, minced fine (or chives)
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped fine
1/4 cup celery, chopped fine
dash of tabasco
pinch of sugar
1 cup mayonaise
1 can tuna
Pam mold and chill (important!).
Dissolve gelatin in ½ cup cold water.
Warm undiluted soup in sauce pan.
Melt cheese in soup.
Add gelatin.
Add remainder of ingredients and pour into chilled mold.
Chill.
Unmold and serve with crackers.
