PROTEIN PANCAKES
Shannon makes these for Ryan often.  He loves them.

  • 1 c. oatmeal

  • 1 c. cottage cheese

  • 1 c. egg beaters (or 4 eggs)

Blend in blender.  Make pancakes on a preheated medium low griddle.  These take considerably longer to cook than regular pancakes, so don't use too hot a griddle. Allow a least 4 minutes per side.
