Clotted Cream
Karen O'Dowd loves to feed us fancy treats.
She served this with scones in 2012.

-1 cup heavy cream

-1/3 cup sour cream

-1 T conf. sugar

Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks. Fold in sour cream and add conf. sugar.
