Bleu Cheese Chopped Salad
-Robbie N. brought this salad to dinner at Bayers in
2007 and John LOVED
it.
- lettuce, 1 to 2 bags 10 oz. bag of romaine, chopped
- red cabbage, 1/2 to 1 cup, chopped
- green onions, 1 bunch, sliced thin
- carrots, 1/2 to 1 c. french cut
- bleu cheese, 1/2 to 1 cup crumbled
- about 1 oz. angelhair pasta, cooked just one minute
- 1/2 cup caramelized pecans, added just before serving
Dressing:
- 3/8 cup Bleu Cheese Dressing
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
Dressing
(or use Marie's brand Bleu Cheese
Viniagrette Dressing in the refrigerator case)
- 1 ts sugar
