Bleu Cheese Chopped Salad
-Robbie N. brought this salad to dinner at Bayers in 2007 and John LOVED it.

• lettuce, 1 to 2 bags 10 oz. bag of romaine, chopped
• red cabbage, 1/2 to 1 cup, chopped
• green onions, 1 bunch, sliced thin
• carrots, 1/2 to 1 c. french cut
• bleu cheese, 1/2 to 1 cup crumbled
• about 1 oz. angelhair pasta, cooked just one minute
• 1/2 cup caramelized pecans, added just before serving

Dressing:

• 3/8 cup Bleu Cheese Dressing
• 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
       (or use Marie's brand Bleu Cheese Viniagrette Dressing in the refrigerator case)
• 1 ts sugar
