Chopped Salad 
-Jill's recipe
	- baby organic spinach, cut to bite size
- match stick carrots
- chopped celery
- red or other colored pepper
- shredded cheese, cojack or cheddar
- cucumber, peeled and cubed
- avocado
Dressing
	- cottage cheese
- oil
- balsamic vinegar
Mix the vegetables. Mix cottage + 3ts:1ts oil/vinegar. Stir into vegetables. 
Add cubed avocado right before serving.
