Cole Slaw
a composite recipe

• 1 med. head cabbage, chopped
• 3 med. tomatoes, chopped
• 2 med. cucumbers, chopped
• 2  med. green peppers, chopped
• 1/2 bunch green onions, finely sliced, including greens
  

Dressing:

• 1/4 c. buttermilk

• 1/4 c. milk

• 1/2 c. mayonaise

• 1 Tb white vinegar

• 1 Tb pickle juice

• 2 Tb sugar

• S&P to taste

Chill before serving.
