Corn Casserole
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (16 oz) can whole corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
4 T. butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Mix ingredients, adding corn muffin mix last.
Bake in greased 6"x10" 2 qt. pyrex baking dish for 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
