Crock Pot Hash Brown
Potatoes -from Judy and Teresa Ferrell
¾ cup butter
2 cans soup: 1 cream of potato and 1 cream of chicken
12 oz. sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese
3 20-oz. pkg Simply Potatoes Hash Browns
Melt butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Put in greased 6-qt. crock pot.
Cook on low for 5 hours. This can be mixed the day before and stored in frig
until ready to cook.
