Hummus
  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained, reserve liquid
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice

  • 2 Tbs tahini

  • 1 ts salt

  • pepper to taste

  • 1/2 ts chopped garlic

  •  2 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil

Add all ingredients to food processor. Mix. Return garbanzo bean water as needed to reach consistency desired, about 1/2 the liquid.
