Italian Pasta Salad
 
1 1/2 # spiral pasta
6 oz can sliced black olives
2 large tomatoes, chopped; or small (cherry or grape) tomatoes left whole
red and green peppers, chopped
cucumber, seeded, sliced and quartered
1 bunch green onions, chopped
cauliflower & broccoli in bite size pieces
4 oz sliced pepperoni, each slice cut in half
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (16 oz) bottle zesty Italian dressing
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
Combine everything but the mozzarella cheese
Mix well and marinate overnight.
Before serving, add mozzarella
