Oven Roasted Potatoes
 1. Heat oven to 450 F.                                   
 2. Cut 2 1/2 pounds of red potatoes into 1" chunks
 3. Coat with oil mixture
 4. Spread on foil on air-insulated baking sheets
 5. Bake 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.                                    
 
Oil Mixture:
  1/4 c. olive oil
  1 ts onion pwd
  1 ts garlic pwd
  1 ts chili pwd
  1 ts paprika
  1/4 ts cayenne pepper
