This salad was served by Sara's friend Sarah Gute at their Book Club gathering in October of 2006.

• 5oz spring mix
• 1/2 c craisins
• 2 oz. crumbled feta
• 1/4 c chopped pecans

• 1T balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 T honey
• 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil

You really need to shake this up well, mixing it just isn't enough.
