Owen's Succotash
This recipe is an imitation of the succotash served
at Owen's Fish Camp in Sarasota, Florida.

1-15 oz. can corn
1-15 oz. can baby lima beans
1-15 oz. can  chickpeas
1/2 cup craisins (or more)
2 Tbs coarsely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 ts cumin
1/4 ts oregano
1/4 c. vinaigrette
