Best Brownies
No doube it seems crazy to put a box mix in this list of recipes, but the family loves this!
I tried changing to a different mix one time, and I heard about it.
There are two variations on the box instructions: amount of oil and type of pan.

• 1 box Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies

• 1/3 cup oil, NOT the 1/2 cup called for on the box

• 3 Tbsp. water, as the box calls for

• 2 eggs, as the box calls for

1)      Mix and put in an insulated 9" x 13" pan. Be sure to spread the mix well into the corners.

2)     Increase the cooking time to 27 minutes (because of the insulated pan).

3)   Let cool and cut into squares with a plastic knife. The plastic gives much cleaner cut edges on the brownies.
